Thomas Gelmi is an Executive Coach and Leadership Development Expert with more than 20 years of international experience in developing leaders and organizations. His work focuses on self-leadership, personal effectiveness, Human Skills, and the human factors that enable trust, collaboration, and sustainable performance.
As an Executive Coach and sparring partner, he supports leaders and organizations in Switzerland and internationally. His approach combines extensive coaching expertise with practical leadership experience and a cross-cultural understanding of leadership and collaboration.

Professional Background and Experience
Thomas Gelmi has extensive experience in leadership, coaching, and Leadership Development. Before becoming an Executive Coach, he spent more than seven years as a Maître de Cabine with Swissair and eight years as Operations Director of an international consulting firm specializing in leadership development.
He also has many years of experience as a trained caregiver providing initial psychological support to people affected by crises, accidents, and other extreme situations.
These different professional experiences shape his perspective on leadership, human behavior, communication, and navigating challenging situations.
