Over the past 20 years, some 10,000 participants from nearly 90 countries around the world have taken part in programs conducted by Thomas Gelmi, whether this was in the form of individual coaching, as participants in comprehensive development programs, or shorter focus trainings and workshops.

The Person
For more than two decades, Thomas Gelmi has been supporting leaders and their teams at different levels and in various industries in their development. As a professional executive coach, facilitator, and sparring partner, he does this in four languages (DE, EN, FR, IT) and across cultures, worldwide.
To do this, he draws on his extraordinary biography with exciting milestones, such as his more than seven years as a Maître de Cabine at the former Swissair or the eight years he spent as operations director at an international consultation firm specializing in leadership development. In addition to his extensive professional experience in various management positions, he also has many years of experience as a trained specialist providing psychological assistance to victims in crises, accidents, and other extreme situations.
Thomas Gelmi was born in 1968 and lives near Zurich.
