Leadership is changing – and so are the demands placed on those in positions of responsibility.
AI, increasing complexity, uncertainty, and an ever-accelerating pace of change are shaping the way we work. Expertise and strong decision-making remain important. But they are no longer enough. What increasingly makes the difference today is the ability to lead oneself effectively, truly understand people, build trust, and create the conditions in which others can realize their full potential.
This human dimension of leadership has been at the heart of my work with leaders and organizations for many years. I’m therefore especially pleased to be featured in the latest edition, “Top 10 Influential Executive Coaches Elevating Leadership Excellence in 2026.” It’s a meaningful recognition – and at the same time, an encouragement to continue on this path with conviction: supporting people in leading with clarity, authenticity, and impact, even in challenging circumstances.
